Puppy Replacement Policy:

If the purchased Labrador Retriever does not pass the required examination, develops any genetic or hereditary disorders, or has undescended testicles within one year of purchase, it will be eligible for a replacement.

To initiate this process, the buyer must provide documentation from a minimum of two licensed veterinarians, including written documentation, diagnosis, test results, and any additional information requested by the seller. The buyer remains financially responsible for all veterinary expenses.

Upon replacement, the puppy must be returned with all AKC registration documents to transfer full ownership back to the seller.

In the unfortunate event of the puppy's death within one year of its lifespan due to a genetic condition, it will be eligible for replacement by Labrador Retriever For Sale.

A licensed veterinarian must perform a necropsy, and a formal report is required. The buyer is financially responsible for all veterinary expenses during this process. The vendor will thoroughly review the necropsy report before making a decision.

If the necropsy report indicates that the cause of death was a genetic condition, Labrador Retriever For Sale agrees to replace the puppy. The replacement will be chosen from a future litter and will be of the same sex and value as the original puppy. Cash refunds, in part or in full, will not be provided under any circumstances.
